Can't call them because they don't offer free support. This is maddening!! I do not use Teamviewer for 'commercial' reasons, I use it to manage my laptop and two desktop computers, and I very occasionally help my family and friends with issues. I can't seem to pick an alias in free version on my Mac even though it says I should be able to. Undoubtedly teamviewer is one of the best remote support application which is available now and also offers free version for personal use, But not for commercial use.
